When people tell you that kids slow you down and curb your ability for adventure, think again.
Four kids later, and I'm not sure I would have done canyoning, abseiling, tree climb adventures and jumping off as many rock faces into oceans as I would have without them.
Your happiness derives from how you perceive life.
I am eternally grateful for the four amazing individuals who have only added to my growth, development, adventure and happiness. 💕
Give, care, find enjoyment in the little things, have gratitude and approach each day as positively as you can.
Take the jumps, throw caution to the wind and live life to the full. Don't end up wondering "what if". Just do it!!
